The Chile-Canada Youth Mobility Program offers, every year, the possibility for young people to work, study, and/or travel to Chile.

In June of 2008 the Governments of Chile and of Canada signed a Memorandum of Understanding concerning youth mobility, intending to increase opportunities for their young nationals to acquire university or college education, employment experience or practical workplace experience, and to improve their knowledge of the other country’s languages, culture, and society and thereby promote mutual understanding between

World Wide Opportunities On Organic Farms CHILE

World Wide Opportunities On Organic Farms (WWOOF) is a world wide network where volunteers (wwoofers) live and learn on organic properties. WWOOF volunteers offer their help on the farm and in return they learn about biological farming and local culture. Food and accomodation are provided.

 

WWOOF Chile MR offers a list with near 70 organic farms. The list will be sent by e-mail and it may be asked for and paid for here.

There are two options:

- Single List, to be used by one person. It costs US$40

- Couple List, that can be used

The English Opens Doors Program (Programa Inglés Abre Puertas) was created in 2003 by the Chilean Ministry of Education. Supported by the United Nations Development Programme – Chile, English Opens Doors works to improve English-language education throughout the Chilean public school system by providing teacher training, instructional materials, language competitions, English immersion camps, and study abroad scholarships for university students. English Opens Doors seeks to foster a new generation of Chilean students equipped with the tools and abilities they will need to succeed in an increasingly globalized world.
