Hola. Información para postular a WHV en Canada (post en Inglés porque es pre-requisito para postular).

Working Holiday (Canada)

You can apply for this program if you:

  • are a Chilean national
  • have a valid Chilean passport
  • are between the ages of 18 and 35
  • have a functional level of either English or French, or be enrolled in a language course either in Chile or in Canada
  • are in possession of CAD$ 2,500 (or the equivalent in Chilean pesos) to cover initial living expenses
  • are in possession of a ticket that includes your departure from Canada no more than one

Chile offers working holiday visas to citizens of Australia, Canada and New Zealand[4]. To be eligible a person must:

  • Be aged between eighteen (18) and thirty (30) years of age, both inclusive, at the time of application.
  • Possess a valid Canadian, New Zealand or Australian passport.
  • Provide evidence of holding a medical and comprehensive hospitalisation insurance to remain in force throughout his/her stay in Chile.

OBS: For official requirements, please contact local Chilean Embassy.

Working Holiday

Hola, con este primer post quisiera generar un espacio de diálogo e intercambio de información para todos aquellos interesados en los programas Working Holiday que actualmente Chile mantiene con Nueva Zelandia, Australia y Canadá.

Están todos invitados a comentar y aportar libremente, claro, dentro de las mínimas normas de respeto y tolerancia hacia todos los que participen.

En lo personal, el año 2003 estuve en NZ gracias a este programa y ha sido, hasta el momento, uno de los mejores años en mi existencia.
